1. Shipping Coverage – India Only
We currently ship orders across all states and cities in India. International delivery is not supported at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking details.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
We follow a dropshipping model, so products are delivered directly from our suppliers (international or domestic). Typical delivery times are:
Metro Cities: 7–15 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 10–20 business days
Max Delivery Time (PAN India): Up to 30 business days
Note: These are estimated timelines. Delivery may be delayed due to factors such as customs clearance, courier issues, weather, or local disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹49 shipping fee may apply (if applicable).
5. Tracking Orders
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment on the courier’s official website or via our Order Tracking page (add link if available).
6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:
First, check the tracking status.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact our support team.
In case of confirmed non-delivery, we will offer:
A free replacement, or
A full refund to your original payment method.
7. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable domestic and international courier partners including:
Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, India Post
ePacket, Cainiao, Yanwen (for international sourcing)
8. Incorrect Address or Non-Acceptance
If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer non-availability:
You may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs in such cases.
